Abuse of Power from Reading, OH police department

On March 11, 2011 just for the pure harassment of it Reading Ohio Police Department issued me a parking ticket for parking within 2 feet of driveway where I was pet sitting. The ordinance 452.03 exists but the element I am accused of "breaking" is parking within 2 feet of my own driveway. Never mind that the whole neighborhood does this in order to park but I was the only one cited. I don't live in Reading, OH  and quite frankly would never live in Reading, OH. Offending police officer told me a neighbor called and complained that I was parked with 2 feet of MY OWN DRIVEWAY! I immediately called to complain and police officer on duty commented he did not know if it was 1 or 2 feet that I needed to be away from the driveway.  Red flags went up and I checked ordinance myself. Guess what he made it up. I demaded all the other cars be ticketed and police officer on phone said it is up to the discretion of the police officer. So the police department is just trying to extort $30 from me! I am going to court. I am sure I will lose and have to pay $30 plus court costs but it is well worth it to stand up for my civil rights.
